Madi Weber, Intake Coordinator
Madi Weber serves as the Intake Coordinator at Midwest Autism and Psychological Services, acting as a warm and welcoming first point of contact for families starting their journey with our team. She brings valuable hands-on experience from her previous roles as a behavior technician and center manager in the ABA field, allowing her to approach every interaction with empathy, patience, and understanding.
Currently, Madi is pursuing a degree in Business Management, combining her passion for helping others with strong organizational abilities to ensure each client experiences a smooth and supportive intake process. She is especially dedicated to supporting children and families as they navigate their unique paths, and she believes in meeting every individual where they are.
Outside of work and her studies, Madi enjoys reading, rewatching Gilmore Girls, and spending quality time with friends and family.
