For Providers
At Midwest Autism & Psychological Services, we value strong partnerships with pediatricians, family physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, and other professionals who serve children. We know that when providers and families work together, children get the timely evaluations and support they need.
Why Refer to MAPS?
- Early Expertise: We specialize in autism and developmental evaluations for children ages 18 months to 6 years.
- Comprehensive Assessments: Our clinicians use standardized diagnostic tools (e.g., ADOS-2, ADI-R, Vineland), family interviews, and clinical observation.
- CMDE for EIDBI: We provide Comprehensive Multidisciplinary Evaluations (CMDEs) to establish medical necessity for EIDBI services.
- Clear, Actionable Reports: Families and providers receive thorough documentation that explains findings and outlines next steps.
- Warm Handoffs: After evaluation, we help families connect to community resources—including ABA therapy, speech, occupational therapy, and feeding therapy.
